Online booking,
on your own website

Three situations, three answers — and what it actually costs you.

How it fits together

Your website is the front door.
Your booking system stays the engine.

Your website We build this Book Now Your booking system Square · Booksy · Fresha Vagaro — your account Your calendar Text + email reminders
We never sit in the middle of your bookings or your money. We build the website and wire the button. The booking account is yours.

Which one are you?

Three situations

1 · Just me

One chair, one calendar. You want people to book without phone tag — and you don't want another monthly bill.

2 · A small team

Three to five people, each with their own schedule and their own regulars.

3 · Already booking online

You're on Booksy, Fresha, Vagaro or similar and it works. You just don't have a website.

The next slides take each one in turn.

Situation 1 — just me

Square Appointments is free

$0 / month

Not a trial. Free for a single person at one location, for as long as you use it.

"You keep your phone for the people who like calling. Everyone else books themselves at 10 at night, and you wake up to a full day."

Situation 1 — the fine print

Free vs paid, honestly

FreePlus — $49/mo
Staff1 personUnlimited
Booking page + remindersIncludedIncluded
Card in person2.6% + 10¢2.6% + 10¢
Card online3.3% + 30¢2.9% + 30¢
Cancellation policies, waitlist, classesIncluded
The one real difference for a solo shop: online card fees are a little higher on the free plan. If you mostly take payment in the chair, it costs you nothing.

Situation 2 — three to five people

Most systems charge per person. One doesn't.

What a five-person shop pays each month, before card fees:

Booksy$110
Fresha$75
Vagaro$70
Square Plus$49

Square Plus is $49 flat, however many people you add — so the more you grow, the wider the gap. At three people it's roughly even; at five it isn't close.

Situation 2 — what you get

What the $49 buys a team

Everyone gets a calendar

Each stylist has their own schedule, their own hours, and their own regulars who can book them by name.

No-show protection

Cancellation policies and a card on file, so a late cancellation doesn't cost you the whole slot.

Waitlist & classes

Fill the gaps automatically when someone cancels, and book group sessions if you run them.

On your website, each person can have their own Book with… button.

Situation 3 — already booking online

Keep what you have.
We build around it.

New website Built by us, in a week Domain in your name embed The system you use today Same login. Same app. Same calendar. Nothing moves. Your client list Packages & gift cards Cards on file Appointment history ALL STAYS PUT
No migration. No risk. We don't move your clients, your history, or your saved cards. You keep booking exactly as you do today.

Situation 3 — the part worth money

Your own site doesn't pay commission

If a new client finds you…What it costs you
through the Booksy app30% of their first booking
through the Fresha marketplace20% of their first booking
through your own websiteNothing

Those apps bring you new customers, and that's what the commission pays for — it isn't a rip-off. But the people who already know your name shouldn't arrive through a marketplace that charges you for them.

"Same calendar, same app — just a different front door. The one you own."

In every case

What stays yours

What we don't do: we don't run your calendar, take your payments, or sell you booking software. We build the website and connect it.

What happens next

A week, start to finish

1 · One short call

What you offer, your prices, your hours, and which booking system you're on — or which one suits you.

2 · We build it

You see the site before you pay anything. Booking button wired to your account and tested.

3 · You go live

Then you text us changes and they're done in a business day. That's the whole job.
